Lack of co-operation
My trust was set up by Treasury Trust in 2012 and everything was good. However things changed and independent trustees changed too often under Destinata Holdings and service dropped and no responses were given on an enquery. At the beginning of 2024 I asked for resignation letter from them. I'm stuck now as this letter is important for me to continue with my trust. I have huge regrets!!!

failed on all fronts
Delay upon delay. Constantant miscomunucation. Been using their services for over 10 brutal years. Slow response to emails, and lack of insight. When confronted, the individual in their organization will reply "I am just doing this or that, it's not my responsibility". They don't stand unite or bring solutions. As service providers and financial services stay clear of them.

Objectivity lost
Destinata Holdings are meant to be a trust advisory and independant trustee service, yet they fail to keep adequate meeting minutes, lack objectivity, resigning as trustee and then continuing to deduct fees afterwards. Further to this their staff remained unprofessional in the bulk of dealings with them, where they concentrated more on their fees and the collection thereof than on the business of the trusts they should have been acting for. This is the second complaint on these businesses over the years and the trust schemes they promote. Do not make use of these services. Rather seek opinion from more professional organisations.
