I am an owner of an apartment that JPS Trust manages. I've reported maintenance issues to them over the last year and they do not communicate or respond to any of my emails. When I do get their attention they have excuses and pass the issues on to the person responsible for the maintenance. They are very poor with communication.
Delay upon delay. Constantant miscomunucation. Been using their services for over 10 brutal years. Slow response to emails, and lack of insight. When confronted, the individual in their organization will reply "I am just doing this or that, it's not my responsibility". They don't stand unite or bring solutions. As service providers and financial services stay clear of them.
Bought a motorcycle, part of the deal was that it would undergo a service. No service was done, plugs are rusted, engine leaking oil. Motorcycle did not start. The list of issues is endless, I was met with allot of aggressive talk once I confronted them. Stay away
I've been shopping with Woolworths over the last 3 months, I registered a Woolworths card and also linked it with my discovery account. So I dedicated all my shopping with Woolworths. The first time I bought a special item (noodles, Asian veg, and sauce) discount x % I went back home and noticed that there was no discount. I went to another Woolworths shop and bought olive oil on special, again no discount on slip and item at normal price. I went to a third Woolworths, I bought 3 packs of dove soap, promotion 20% discount, again no discount. These cases I mention are the ones I randomly checked, I buy a lot of the promotional items and special and my guess is none is ever discounted. Now I checked it at the counter and every time it is issue/problem. This is fraud, false advertising. I wonder if I am the only person experiencing this or if this is something Woolworths get away with because people don't follow this up.
Very bad service and I suspect also conducting business in an unethical or illegal way. Will not advise anyone to make use of their services.
I think this business closed, I ve been trying to contact them for weeks now. Ive been a client for many years and they disappeared now with my tenants deposit.
We are unable to end a contract with MTN, we did this at a branch but was delayed for months, went back and they instructed us to do this via the phone. We gave up after hours being send back and forth. This is illegal from there side
I am unable to reach this municipality, on the toll free number you never get through to anyone, you wait about 30min and then get disconnected. I have tried for over a week now. When you submit a query on there website, it takes them a very long time, they don't read the query correctly so it does not get resolved. My problem with them is, I have paid my account but they are still showing me an outstanding amount.
