Our company recently had a delegation from Sweden to SA, staying at the Commodore for 2 days of their visit. We have used the Commodore numerous times in the past for international guests, but will never again. One of the delegates had her bag "misplaced" for two days. The bag was clearly visible on CCTV with the incorrect room number. After the staff "Searched" all of the rooms, the bag was not found. On the second day the bag was found in one of her colleagues rooms under the bed. The intimidating staff then explained that her colleague had ****** her bag and hidden it under her bed. Returning to the rooms the colleague found the bag under her bed. Disgusting to say the least that our local market is exploiting our incoming tourism! This was very clearly an inside setup, that has been repeatedly executed. I challenge the management of The Commodore Hotel/Group to respond and investigate. Disgusting on all levels.

I booked into the Commodore Hotel while on business in Cape Town. I checked out on Wednesday 12th November after staying there for three nights. Two days after checking out I realised that I had left a brand new pair of jeans in the closet at the hotel. I called the hotel and was put through to lost and found. The guy I spoke to just told me immediately that they never saw my jeans. What was even more disgusting is the fact that there was absolutely no effort made to check with the cleaning staff. The hotel simply refused to be accountable. I will never use that hotel again - REALLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.

I had booked a spa appointment with your hotel, and it was abruptly cancelled just two days before the scheduled date. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I had made additional reservations and plans around this appointment. To make matters worse, when I reached out to request a refund, my call was disconnected with no follow-up — which I find completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I kindly request a full refund for the cancelled spa service, and a formal acknowledgment of this complaint. I believe it’s only fair given the circumstances and the inconvenience caused.

I have booked at commodore hotel in cape town with my family for December holidays for 3 nights unfortunately our holidays were cut short because my wife sister passed on, we only slept for one night,so we requested a refund and we were given to my surprise on the 04/03/2022 commodore hotel deducted R16833 for 3 nights again from my wife account and I don't know why,I have called them and they have asked me to email them my query to:Pwcred@legacyhotels.co.za,which I did since then no answer and I have sent them another email they don't reply,the service that they give me is so unfair I don't know what to do please help
