Bad service

Pending application needs to be cancelled I have a bad experience in Communicare I have app**** before but the application was not successful so I want to apply again it’s showing that I have a pending application so I can’t apply until the application is being cancelled. Have tried to contact communicare I don’t get any help the only thing they do is to transfer my call I have to hold until my call is hanged up I’m not happy at all several times trying to call them no help this is very unprofessional won't recommend any1 too phone them
