Unethical
One of Comotrans vehicles had an accident with ours, them and their insurers refuse to pay given all reports and evidence indicating their driver was in the wrong. The insurers Merx HCV has taken up our time to get quotes, make the vehicle available for assessment and still refusing to pay for the damages almost two months later. Both companies have been highly unethical in every way. I would expect great service from both should you have the need to come across either or.

Can't pay invoices for repairs done on their truks
Write a review Cant pay for repairs done on their truks Aj F | 30 Oct 2019, 21:02 After doing repairs on Monday night on one of their trucks the let me call them several times after being promised to get EFT payment asap before 09:00 Tuesday morning .....after numerous occasions calling them they made a EFT on Friday and didn't even pay the full amount ..... they still owing us half of the money when i informed them the did not reply on my messages or phone calls regarding short payment ....it was my first time doing repairs for them and the last .....the owner and the alex guy tried bargaining with me by telling me what they think i should charge them after they accepted my rates the time they called me to go and repair the truck.
