Business is a **** - Did some loads for them as a subcontractor and they failed to pay. They now claim the business has closed. Dealt with a guy by the name of Clint and they all *******
The worst company when it comes to after sales service and trust that anything purchased from this store is defective and good luck trying to get this returned even under warranty. Staff at the woodmead branch are very rude and have too much attitude. Would rather recommend a store like Incredible Connection where service is guaranteed and decent products sold.
Be very careful in accepting any offers from Lulalend. As much as they brag about the importance of assisting SME's, their re-payment terms are set out to close your doors if you do not act accordingly. We took out a loan in order to increase our fleet of trucks, so yes, they do help to expand the business however based off the re-payment terms which is almost impossible to achieve, we are now in the position where we would have to sell these assets to pay them back. So how has this benefited our small business? It has not, in turn they still get their initial investment back as well as the premium charged on the load, all in under 12 months. Lulalend is there to make money (as any business) and their primary goal seems not to be focused towards assist SME's in any way as they may act like it is. Before accepting the loan, we expressed or concern on meeting the repayment terms for R2m in 12 month and the advisor said that this can always be restructured as we went along and based off performance. It has come to the point where we have asked for a reasonable restructure and in which they were not able to assist. This is just some food for thought on how they treat their clients so please do not for one moment think that they are there to assist in the growth of your business. In conclusion the best outcome is to come to an agreement on how both parties can work together in assisting that repayments and alll obligations are met (win-win). This would ensure a smooth relationship between parties and avoid a lot of unnecessary costs. They would get all their investment back (even if it took 12 months longer) but this option is of no interest to them as they would rather shut your doors as you cannot pay other debit orders or other suppliers and therefore the business cannot continue and both parties have the potential losing a lot.
I would definitely rate this company with 0 stars but that is not an option. This company has *********** staff with zero communication skills, and no one can assist. People who do not even work at the company are still listed on their letter. FedEx making their customers Fed Up withholding a shipment for over 3 weeks and no competency to solve the issue. I would not recommend anyone to this company as they a waste of time energy and money.
Recently bought a vehicle at We Buy Cars Midstream and on the day of collection we noticed scratches that were not present upon viewing. The manager Michael was very rude said there is nothing they can do and eventually after a period of time we decided to leave the vehicle there so they can sort out the issues. Upon collection after everything sorted, we then went to collect the vehicle and noticed a dent in the door (much worse than the scratches). End of the story they acknowledged that the dent was not there and it was caused in their possession but were not willing to help. in any way. Response was "take it as is or cancel the deal'. based of this experience it is the last time I will set foot in the store (being a logistical company owner and needing vehicles from time to time) and would not recommend them to anyone.
One of Comotrans vehicles had an accident with ours, them and their insurers refuse to pay given all reports and evidence indicating their driver was in the wrong. The insurers Merx HCV has taken up our time to get quotes, make the vehicle available for assessment and still refusing to pay for the damages almost two months later. Both companies have been highly unethical in every way. I would expect great service from both should you have the need to come across either or.
<p>Regent is very quick to sell a nice idealistic insurance plan, but when it comes to making a claim they outsource it to a company called CMC (Collision Management Centre) who havnt been able to assist in anyway possible. I have sent them the documents required 4 times now and still no response yet they say they respond to claims in 48 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>You never able to get through to the consultants and when you do they put down on you. I am highly appauled by this unethical business and working employees.</p> <p> </p> <p>For this I will cancel this policy, and strongly advise anyone to never sign up with Regent insurance EVER due to the fact that they arent even the ones who deal with your claims. I have had to go through 3 different compaines to try claim and I have come out disapointed. </p>
