I hired them to move my stuff in May and long story short it is November and I still don't have my fridge and washing machine - they only delivered some of my goods and have been promising to bring back my fridge and washing machine month after month. I'm currently forced to accept that they probably stole or lost my goods because they keep promising to deliver them if they are not declining or ignoring my calls. I chose to work with them because of their price as I don't make much money and can't afford the more expensive moving companies but ultimately I now have to spend way way more replacing my fridge and washing machine and I had only bought them in January but was forced to move because of the sudden passing of my mom. Clinton does not know where my goods are and Victor the driver has been ignoring me for months - they are the only people I can escalate this issue to in the company. I have no choice but to go to small claims court as soon as I get time off work. Them subjecting me to following up on my goods month after month while knowing I'm actively dealing with the grief, trauma and unexpected costs from the loss of my mom is cruelty I cannot put into words. Please ignore the good reviews as I saw one of the comments say they probably get friends or family to write them. I'll also add screenshots of my conversations with them including their numbers here so you can see it matches up with the info on their website because I genuinely wouldn't wish what I'm going through to happen to anyone else (check my Google review as HelloPeter does not have an option to attach pics/I don't see it) . I'm currently posting this on 6 November at 4am because I can hardly sleep as you can imagine the extra costs of food when you have no fridge to store it in can run you into debt that keeps you up at night. I was even willing to loan money to have the goods delivered by another company but they don't want to tell me the address of where my things are.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! 1 Shuttle was promised at 12 pm - arrived at 3.15 pm, thus loaded in the dark. 2 Delivery promised in 2 days - arrived 7 days later 3 Paid dearly for a dedicated load, but on arrival, there was another client's furniture in the truck. Truck did a detour at my expense. 4 Broken smart TV (4 layers bubble wrap and fragile stickers) 5 New wine fridge arrived with a deep gash on the top (bubble wrap and fragile stickers) 6 Boxes with fragile stickers arrived with broken dishes 7 Upright freezer had paint rubbed off (blankets not used correctly) 8 Boxes were wet and muddy on arrival 9 Untrained helpers were used to offload, damaging house paintwork and attempted to ***** cell phones. NO COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES FROM 101XPRESS TRUCKING COMPANY!!!

Wish there was an option to not select a start because they don't deserve even one star. Please note, DO NOT USE 101 EXPRESS TRUCKING COMPANY. We waited a month and 2 days for our furniture to be delivered from Pretoria to Jeffrey's Bay. Sean Rossouw, Clinton and Jason is the same person. He **** to us from the beginning, took my money, overcharged me and I still had to wait for so long for my furniture. When it was delivered it was so damaged, some of the boxes was open, there is furniture and boxes missing. I've send mails after mails with no reply. Please do not use this company, the owner CLINTON, don't have any trucks, he is outsourcing the business to other people. He told us lies the whole of August saying the truck is in Bloemfontein, then in Queenstown, then in East Londen, then in PE, while my property was still sitting in a warehouse in Johannesburg. Clinton also have the company with the name Clinton's transport / trucking, do not use that as well. I never in my life experienced someone so devious and *************. He absolutely does not have any respect for you or your belongings. If I had more time and space I would have given you the whole story on how he **** to me for the whole month of August. He must have a very colorful imagination to think out such clever lies, but he thinks the public are idiots and will not find out. Well, he's got a big surprise coming that is for sure. Clinton/Sean/Jason or whoever you choose to be today, just remember the wheel is turning, and when you get to the bottom, there is a flat spot that you don't get out of very easily.

arranged pick up between 8 and 10 AM They never even sent a truck at 18H00 they sent a subcontractor from JHB with a trailer to collect my wife and I were unpacking in new house till 2 AM having only arrived at 11PM. all they cared about was getting payment this company should be shut down and charged on ***** charges absolutely shocking
