Lovely just slow
I have frequented the Gallipod in machadodorp and in Belfast and can only say the staff and friendliness etc are perfect, my only complaint is it is very slow I kind of expected fast food but it takes 30 to45 minutes for a burger and chips, they are new gallipods and maybe having some teathing problems but they are both great just too slow

absolutely shocking
arranged pick up between 8 and 10 AM They never even sent a truck at 18H00 they sent a subcontractor from JHB with a trailer to collect my wife and I were unpacking in new house till 2 AM having only arrived at 11PM. all they cared about was getting payment this company should be shut down and charged on ***** charges absolutely shocking

ongoing poor service for 5 years now
the rep at Bidfood Nelspruit is wonderful. but it seems like she is not given support by the rest of the team, since buying from them for the hotel I work in they have gone thru loads of reps and its not surprising. receiving an order with no issue is an extremely rare experience, items always short or not on truck even though invoiced. and then trying to get a credit note is always a gigantic mission. there is a problem between the pickers and packers in the warehouse and after 5 years there's still no improvement. top management needs to pay attention to the issues and intervene. clearly there are absolute *********** workers doing a job they are incapable of doing. The delivery guys are usually quite pleasant and its unfair that they are the ones who get the brunt of myself venting when deliveries are wrong, surely a company big enough to own a bank can do better.

Corrupt useless company pls stop harrassing me
This has been going on for over two yeas now. vericred claim I owe money to pathlab. when my daughter was born 3 years ago we had several tests done with pathlab wich were all paid. a year later they claim I owe R235. wich I do not owe. It appears that a pregnant lady who was being treated by the same gyneacoligist as my wife somehow mixt her test with my account number. I am very conciensious of money I owe and I dont owe money to pathlab. 2 years ago I asked to be sent an outstanding invoice with my signature on it and they send astatement with over 50 sms sent at R3.33 each. go to hell vericred youre a bumnch of criminals and i will rather pay R1000000 to a layer to sue you for harrasment and defimation of charecter then pay you a cent.

can carte blanch please investigate this company
i'm being harassed for 2 years about a R235 bill that I don't have any knowledge of. They cannot provide any proof of this debt but still keep telling me I owe. they sent me a statement with no info about what or who I alledgedly owe money to with 48 sms's phone calls and emails. R3.22 per sms. R20 per email etc. all ive been requesting is a copy of the invoice with my signature on it to prove I owe this money and I would gladly pay, I will not however pay for sms's and all that
