I cannot cancel this policy because i cannot reach the offices or email address.
i have been paying for over 10 years with no contact from this service provider, they are not reacheable and im afraid should anything happen i wont get the help of what I'm paying for, the funerals services. I want to cancel. But i cant reach them anywhere. Its like I'm paying a ghost an amoung R389 for 0ver 10 years now. Please help me find them and shut my policy with them. Salary code no. 302401 Description: 905201C1CCONSOLIDAT

What a Disgrace. Pathetic Unprofessional and Poor service.
Hi my name is Mr T W Mahlangu. I have done an insurance partial surrender withdrawal on my Regent/Hollard policy on the 2nd of January to cover my daughter's School related problems, But due to a poor and pathetic service from Regent/Hollard team it is now the 20th of January. Hellopeter please help.

I made a claim from June, regarding my late grandfather's regent policy and sent all the documents you requested till this day I haven't received any communication or payment. I tried to call several times as a follow up and I still don't get a clear answer.

Hi Peter ihave been trying to get hold of regent but nowhere to be found they are Are deducting in my money from mypersali need a documentof my life cover from them ihave been looking for them since baby mama passed on last year
