After purchasing a brand new Compass camping trailer we had to send it back to repairs more than 5-times in less than 10-months and still we're they not able to fix the leak on the camping trailer resulting in damages to 12v Solar components and other items.
We had water flowing into the trailer literally like a fountain which caused the matress and bedding being soaking wet to such an extent that we had mold growing between the matress and the trailer surface
To top it off, the director blocked me from having conversations with them in order to elaborate on how the leaks would have been attended to
The aftersales service is non-existent. We met other campers with the same issue also stating that the director became obstropolaus to them.
According to the director we can be glad that Compass Trailers did not charge us for the repairs although the trailer was still under warranty.
Silicone started to show cracks in the joints within 6-months, the director claimed that this was normal wear and tear. The question is how can Silicone Crack creating voids for rainwater to seep in in such a small timeframe
The urgency to do repairs was non existent, thus the trailer was left for repairs for extended periods
Other Compass Owners who we met at camp sites even went as far as to recommend Stallion Kempnet Trailers to do the repairs on the Compass Trailers.
What looked like a top class trailer with excellent service soon turned out into wet bedding and matresses with unpleasant mold growth and tedious messages to have the problems resolved
