Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting, Companies pay you tons of money to cover their staff and due to your poor management surgeons refuse to operate on IOD patients cause you either dont pay them or you take up to 2 years or you pay them short. My husband's jaw was fractured whilst driving last week on nightshift cause someone roadside threw a brick through the wind screen and we have been sent from pillar to post for a week now to get an op done. Why is this the case when his company paid you guys a ton of money to cover his staff. Having a claim number means zero cause nobody will agree to do surgery so whats the point?
