Disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, Companies pay you tons of money to cover their staff and due to your poor management surgeons refuse to operate on IOD patients cause you either dont pay them or you take up to 2 years or you pay them short. My husband's jaw was fractured whilst driving last week on nightshift cause someone roadside threw a brick through the wind screen and we have been sent from pillar to post for a week now to get an op done. Why is this the case when his company paid you guys a ton of money to cover his staff. Having a claim number means zero cause nobody will agree to do surgery so whats the point?

Order #OLS-64518 - Wrong order delivery, no phones answered and nobody responds to support mails
We ordered on Saturday 04 June, a package was delivered on Wedsday, but it was the wrong goods, I have been trying to get hold to speak to someone since Wednesday with no luck. x2 support queries has been logged and the number 011 457 9223 just rings. Im very unhappy with the service and as per the store policy we only have 7 days to return and this was not our fault. This package has Durban details but it was delivered to Cape Town.

Game misleading sales adverti*****ts
Im very disturbed Game advertised 2 weeks ago their birthday special Canon Pixma 4In1 MF Colour Printer MX494. I sent my husband to Game N1 City to purchase the printer as the online purchase option was not available, he was told this printer is discontinued. Why do you mis-lead the public by advertising discontinued products? The store assistant was very unhelpful, she didnt offer a range check nor an alternative, she said purchase it on the website and I told her already that the item was not open for purchase online. I posted my complaint on Game Facebook page, Game responded asking me to send the details to their inbox which I did. To date I have still not received a response, I checked the site again today and this same printer is still advertised on their website for the same price. What do I have to do to get this printer???????????
