Claims approved but still no payment 4 years down the line

I have been waiting for my pay out since i made a claim in 2021, the claim was approved, then went to finance. Till today when i call they say they waiting for finance. My hand is no longer working. Im struggling to get a job. Why is this department play with people's emotions 😐
