Claims approved but still no payment 4 years down the line
I have been waiting for my pay out since i made a claim in 2021, the claim was approved, then went to finance. Till today when i call they say they waiting for finance. My hand is no longer working. Im struggling to get a job. Why is this department play with people's emotions 😐

No Payment October
Did not get paid my pension in October. Phoned and they told me payment is "execute payment run" but not "paid"... Went to dept of labour... Submitted all documents just in case. Still no answer. November comes around and November pension is received... However no October pension. No answer... email after email after email and no answer. Pathetic service

Ongoing since 2004
My father was IOD in the year 2004. There has been an ongoing claim since then. Where all the relevant information and documents were submitted. In the year of 2022 he has passed away from an unrelated cause. I have since taken over the queries at the CF Office. I have since received a new claim number and resubmitted reports. payslips, marriage certificates, death certificates etc. The money is owing to my mother, and even up to now I have not received any feedback yet.

Delay in payment for bursary beneficiaries by the compensation fund
I am writing this because of my dissatisfaction with the responsiveness to my urgency to study by the compensation house employees. I was awarded a bursary by the Dept. of labour as a beneficiary, my school fees were only paid this year, while the government knows that all fees were pain by the end of the year, when addressing that issue, I was told that I did not send the required documents, yet all the proof is in emails that I sent from September. The delay in 2022 payments led to me being unable to register on time, however I wanted to change schools to a public university, but wits doesnt have late applications, hence I reverted my decision and notified the bursary that I will continue to study with Rosebank college by the 1st March. I submitted a book list over 3 times, with no payment of books and the delay in study material is causing damage as I am behind and have already missed over 20 tasks as Ice tasks of modules are done weekly. When I went to the office in Feb I got told that all stipends will be paid and other beneficiaries got the stipends, while I did not and the fact that my accommodation has not been sorted, this means I have to travel from PTA to JHB which in a week I spend over 1000 which I do not have. I tried calling the people and since yesterday they have been telling me that the finance team will pay, yet I am still without school books, a stipend and acoomodation. May I please get help from you by escalating it to the relevant individuals coz wow. I have proof of all the communication between the relevant people and I.

Yyou can't go out your tablets which the Dr described
Today I had to get my tablets from medipost to deliver,a lady phone me from medipost that our medication are been stop by suster Morwesi of th compensation without anyone given notice, this is a disaster because I had only for today my tablets,I phone Morwesi and she said I must wait till Monday to see what is happening, this is a really unprofessional, I think back of the over 100 disability people who they don't look after,tablets is just important?if something happened to me she have to answer I am really disappointed.

Bad Service!
I have been trying to register the company I work for on the Compeasy to submit and Register our IOD's. This was more than 6 Months ago. I have spent numerous days at the labour dept office and NO ONE knows what is happening around them, no one is willing or able to assist and the systems are forever offline! so what now? The emails are being answered once a month maybe and the just inform that I need to visit the department,

Bad Service!
