There is no way I can communicate with Vodacom via phone. Chatbot can't solve my issue. So if anyone see this review kindly contact me.

On visiting Cashbuild this morning I was shocked that not even one of the personnel asked may I assist you. You have to ask all over the show just to get attention. New beautiful shop but the staff is useless.

On 22 Oct 2025 i received a message from you to tell me my business card expire 11/30. The courier will contact me within 4 weeks. We'll it's 1/12/2025 they did not contact me. When I phoned to hear what the problem is the person says my I was notified via the app. Sorry FNB this is not true. I still without my card. This is totally unexpectable. I am very disappointed in you.
Thinking about it. What if my or my husband died then you will also have issues to pay out my funeral policy
FNB, I'm very disappointed in you. Number 1, you declined a claim for a amount of R789. 30. Initial amount was R2019. 20. Medical aid paid R1229. 90, now I claim from my capcover the R789. 30. For 3 weeks for so many different reasons and excuses there was issues. Now it has been declined. Thanks for nothing. I will be leaving FNB after almost +-16 years.
FNB life I'm very disappointed in your service. To sit on a claim for almost 3 weeks. Will soon end my policy.
FNB I hope after you see this review you would contact me. On 3 October 2025 I submitted a claim for medical expenses that our medical aid did not pay. Monday I spoke to a lady at the claim department she told me the claim was received and should be pay out in 10 days from the date I submitted. Now you people tell me in a email you did not receive any surported documents. I must say I am very disappointed. It's almost a year I have been paying and now you people have issues.
