On 22 Oct 2025 i received a message from you to tell me my business card expire 11/30
On 22 Oct 2025 i received a message from you to tell me my business card expire 11/30. The courier will contact me within 4 weeks. We'll it's 1/12/2025 they did not contact me. When I phoned to hear what the problem is the person says my I was notified via the app. Sorry FNB this is not true. I still without my card. This is totally unexpectable. I am very disappointed in you.1 reply
