Cartrack call centre is just making a mess of everything, This is not the first time I complaint. I simple de-installing out of a old car that I am trading and a re-installating into a new car turns out to be a complete and utter disaster.

Vodacom bills my monthly for subscription & content I DO NOT HAVE. Whenever I phone, the consultant "escalates" the issue, and when I follow up, the ticket is "CONCLUDED" without further consulation with me. I keep on paying for subsriptions & content I do not have or use. This has been going on for 2 months, and I get no assistance from Vodacom whatsoever. Pathetic
Again with Vodacom. Keeps on billing me for subscriptions that we HAVE NOT subscribed for. I am soooo sick and tired of always complaining about Vodacom. I never had this problem, till I did an online upgrade!!!!
The more I block numbers from Sanlam to apply for a loan, the more sms's I get. STOP with the annoying messages. I received about 15 messages in one week. It is outrages
It amazes me how Vodacom cannot get a simple cancellation right. I have cancelled a contract mid April. I was billed for it due for payment end May, now my cancellation is pending, and I still have to pay for a contract that I have cancelled 30 days in advance.
For more than a month now I am trying to get my contact number removed from account 27696***x01 but with NO luck. I keep on getting sms & calls for this account, and ALL the agents that I asked to remove my number from this account, has just ignored my request.
Cartrack is just ignoring my complaint. I spoke to about 5 different agents who all promised me they will sort out my complaint, guess what, NOBODY gets back to me! I am so dissapointed in Cartrack, I will absolutely not recommend them to any person I know
On 22/01/2025 I spoke to Lesedi Lebeloane betweer 13:00-14:00 regarding a new camera to be installed in my car (there should be a recording of this conversation). I asked her about the payment, and she said that while I am a current cartrack client, the camera would be added to my excisting account which form part of my MFC repayment premium montly. I never received and documents to sign, nor any invoices. Now, Cartrack is stalking me like a ********, because they have not added the monthly amount for the camera to the tracking device premium. Tuesday I called them, and now am still waiting for Cartrack to sort this out, but I do not get any joy from them.
I am so sick and tires of FNB blocking or deactivating my card for no reason or notice. Best partis, as a private client, the private client consultant does not even respond to my queries anymore. This is been happening since December!!
