Did not get paid my pension in October. Phoned and they told me payment is "execute payment run" but not "paid"... Went to dept of labour... Submitted all documents just in case. Still no answer. November comes around and November pension is received... However no October pension. No answer... email after email after email and no answer. Pathetic service

I went online to make a booking. With my discounts the booking total was +/- R4 000. The email came back and said that they did not have those dates available.... 10 minutes later, i try book the same place but i see now the price is R16 000... which is 4 times the price 10 minutes ago... What happens.... Dates are now available as it is a higher price... Now i dont care who made a mistake with pricing but it was not me and i feel like this is being extremely dishonest... Not only that but R16 000 for 4 nights for just a normal self catering unit.... No meals no hotel treatment nothing.... and not even in peak season... You guys need to employ honest people and policies. Its disgusting
I placed an order online for R 10 000. It went through my bank account and i called my bank to make sure and they said that the payment had definitely gone through. The amount is off of my account. However, on makro my order shows "Order not placed" with the reason "your payment was not confirmed by the bank". Now tell me why on earth do you have an instant EFT option for payment on your website if it does not work? I placed an order and i cannot see why i have to phone around begging makro to do the job properly and allocating or looking for the payment because it definitely went through. I called makro and they said they see the order but no payment. so please explain to me how this is possible? This is the most terrible online shopping experience.
