I am extremely disappointed in the build it complaints management!!!! Last week I lodged a complaint about a store manager who gave a customer building material that was taken through opening a debtors account with money *****ULENTLY SWIPED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT . Till this day they have not called me back. I got an email to say that there’s nothing that can be done as that person opened the account and the transaction went on because he had the pin. Which I domt know how my pin was accessed. The most important part is that THE POLICE WENT TO THE STORE TO NOTIFY THE MANAGER OF THE *****. HE AGREED TO MY PAY MY MONEY BACK. NOW ITS A DIFFERENT STORY
I need urgent help. *****ulent activities happened with my card at Build it Garankuwa, I reported it to the manger and he agreed that he saw my transaction and someone swiped the R26800 into a Build it account. The police went and notified the Manager (Ernest), and I went and he agreed that my money is safe as nothing was taken . A week later when I go back he tells me that he gave the person stock and there’s nothing he can do I won’t get back my money. I am going to open a ******** case against him as he considered and helped someone who did *****ulent activities. I need Build it to help me before I take drastic steps
I am writing this with a heavy heart!!!! The Departments Bursary has been nothing but a nightmare for the past 4 years of my studies. All payments are always late , books paid late, we received stipends from June after exam. They failed to pay my student accomodation, all my assets, appliances, furniture was taken by the property company, I can't go to school or get a new place because all my belongings are taken. The Bursary promised to pay in May, still failed and I was evicted without a notice or registry of what was taken from me. They are ignoring my calls. I am a frustrated student.
I am extremely disappointed and furious by the edreams.com travel agency or app. I have been flying and booking somw flights with them as they appear obviously on search engines. Now they debited money from my account as monthly premium membership fees. Which I did not even sign up and and don't even have an account with them. I am trying to get their numbers... I want the money refunded back and I will never book with them if they have the audesity and access to debit money without our consent.
I am extremely disappointed in the Bursary scheme of the department. We have always been **** to about our stipends. Students have not received stipends since schools opened. They keep saying that it will be paid but it is not. They don't pay for our accommodation, we got locked out too. I can imagine students who live far and don't have financial support. This Bursary scheme is not different to NSFAS even now we don't have money to even go to school.
I am writing to express my disappointment in the rosebank college Braamfontein response or assistance from their employees to their students. I have not been able to log in to my academic portal for a whole week with back and forths from their admin team, I am being told to log the ticket when I call campus, when I log they respond that nothing is wrong with my profile I must call IT dep, when I call no one picks up! I have been trying to access education material for a whole week with no success, this is disturbance to my academic plan and what the claim to deliver "easy and accessible communication" Their systems are always offline and response is poor. my ST no is 10174390 I NEED HELP
Good day. I am writing to lodge my dissatisfaction in the way that Cogta has been treating our traditional affairs matters. we have a representative at the Tribal House in Hebron , NW, yet we still have issues were people illegally occupied the office, while they know about it but still chose to ignore complaints lodged. We have an employee coming from COGTA daily at the tribal house, yet this matter is still unresolved as the rightful occupants together with the paramount chief have been issued with a court order, those people who are illegally in the office sign for our communal properties, while COGTA in Madibeng knows yet dont do anthing. A case has been opened against the police as they are intefering in matters they should not be part of. I do not even want to touch the nonsense that happened during the registration of traditional councils.... no efforts to relay messages. May COGTA deal with this issue of our hebron and kgabalatsane office by atleast acknowledging the right headmen, chiefs and royal family member. They do nothing when we write and call, the MMC for special programs, Motladi, lied to us in front of the community and said she will call us to a meeting

I was awarded a bursary by the Dept. of labour as a beneficiary, my school fees were only paid this year, while the government knows that all fees were pain by the end of the year, when addressing that issue, I was told that I did not send the required documents, yet all the proof is in emails that I sent from September. The delay in 2022 payments led to me being unable to register on time, however I wanted to change schools to a public university, but wits doesnt have late applications, hence I reverted my decision and notified the bursary that I will continue to study with Rosebank college by the 1st March. I submitted a book list over 3 times, with no payment of books and the delay in study material is causing damage as I am behind and have already missed over 20 tasks as Ice tasks of modules are done weekly. When I went to the office in Feb I got told that all stipends will be paid and other beneficiaries got the stipends, while I did not and the fact that my accommodation has not been sorted, this means I have to travel from PTA to JHB which in a week I spend over 1000 which I do not have. I tried calling the people and since yesterday they have been telling me that the finance team will pay, yet I am still without school books, a stipend and acoomodation. May I please get help from you by escalating it to the relevant individuals coz wow. I have proof of all the communication between the relevant people and I.

I am extremely disappointed in FNB and as a bank I trust after this I will never work with them as I had my account put on hold and blocked without my consent or without anyone informing me. When I call the customer care they refer me to different departments which still cant help me as they say the matter has been escallated to Miss Kholiwe Ngwenya who is the fraud consultant who has not been at the office the whole week with no response to her emails. I have contacted her on this number, 0873353997, and on her email, kholiwe.ngwenya@fnb.co.za with no response from her. This is extremely unacceptable and poor service and customer service as I cant and need to access my account to make and receive payments. i find it weird that she was so quick to react to the matter and out my account on hold; without even notifying me, but when i call her she is nowhere to be found and absolutely ignoring my emails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS THE 15TH AND I RUN BUSINESSES, TO SHOW I AM LEGIT I AM DOING FOLLOW UP AND NEED A CONCLUSION. I NEED MY ACCOUNT TO OPERATE AS IN NOW!!!
