My babies love it!
(No direct website to post this)I met an intelligible young man in Roodeport today who introduced me to a sample of the Elite food and my babies couldnt get enough. Went back to get a bag and he gave me free biscuits too! lucky me.

My babies love this food.
One of my dogs keep on getting constipation so I got him a different brand, but the other 3 loves this products. I would recommend, but at the end it is what your dog needs and what is ment for him/her.

Pathetic customer service
Bad customer service, been in contact via email. When I found maggots in puppy food was told noyly maggots but weevil larvae. I don't care what they are they are in the food. Sent pictures, it was before best before date and the years shelf life but no compensation. I did not want anything,but now I do. As it was made out to look as if we did not store the food correctly. Supported them for 8 years since we got our min pin(he is 8 years and still eats the puppy food and it's small enough for hin to chew without biting himself). I buy the puppy and the maintenance for the bigger dogs. And this is the first time I have had this ****. You don't blame the customer who is supporting your product for the flour or the maize that gets put into the food. It's shelf life is year and it's not a year t and the maggots are inside the bag and the container which we use. I do expect reimbur*****t as I will not leave this. My wife was very patient but after the emails received stating they cannot reimburse due to they way the food is stored and and and bull****. The fact is the Dog food is not over its shelf life and it is before its before date. I had thrown away more than half a bag of 10kg puppy food. Pathetic customer service

Worst service ever.
I can not comment on the quality of the food. I order their dog food from their app, paid for it and 4 days they still did not delivered. This after I spoke to them on the 4th day and they confirmed to me that they will be delivered. Do they understand that their food is for a living creature? If I could I will give them no stars. The worst service ever. The service of a company will tel youvall you need to know about their products.

Dog food. I wish I’d found Complete sooner.
There’s no other way to put it, previously the three dogs’ ****s would cause us to leave the room. We switched them over to Complete Pet Food and now they **** less and when they do, you hardly notice. Their shiny, healthier coats are just a bonus. The flavors must also be on point because they love breakfast and dinner. Happy puppies!

My Cats rather starve than eat Complete Cat food
<p>We were on a budget and decided to go to CatBox Hyper to get some cheaper cat food. The lady suggested the Complete cat food, which was R290 for 10kg. We asked about how good the cat food is, and she compared it to friskies/whiskers. Lies! I have 4 cats and none of them ate it, even after they were super hungry for a week. They even started fighting as I couldnt afford another bag of cat food after spending R300. I then gave the bag of food to my dad, who has 7 cats, and they havent eaten the food for over 5 days now. I put some out on the lawn, and not even the birds or my dog, who would even eat dog shit, ate the Complete cat food. Dont waste your money on this nonsense. If cats rather starve to death, dont dont dont buy it!!</p>
