Worst service ever.

I can not comment on the quality of the food. I order their dog food from their app, paid for it and 4 days they still did not delivered. This after I spoke to them on the 4th day and they confirmed to me that they will be delivered. Do they understand that their food is for a living creature? If I could I will give them no stars. The worst service ever. The service of a company will tel youvall you need to know about their products.
