No after service, ghosting and lies

Bad experience. Some waterproofing was not done properly, and some waterproofing was done that did not need to be done and the main leak was not found. But the worst was that they ghosted us when the problems became apparent with the rains after 3 months. Many emails and WhatsApp's and many empty promises, making us wait for them and them, not coming, not answering. The association they claim to be part of does not exist (Roofing and Waterproofing Institute has a Facebook page only with the only entries 2016). Unfortunately, this company has not acted with integrity.
