Complex Patrols's replyOfficial
10 Feb 2023, 14:47 It is rather unfortunate that Mr. Mc Gowan has posted a review attacking our company. Our subsequent attempts to deal with this matter privately and professionally were rebuked by him. As a rule, Complex Patrols welcomes any constructive reviews of our company. However, we feel compelled to set the record straight, as regards what we believe are the facts surrounding the origin of this client’s unhappiness. As is the norm with service providers in most service industries, provision is made in our terms and conditions of service agreement for unpaid debit orders by financial institutions. And more specifically, the cost of the debit order rejection fee raised by these institutions due to insufficient funds in the account debited. All our clients, including this client, agreed that in the occurrence of unpaid debit orders, this debit order rejection fee is passed on to the client(himself) for payment thereof. It was our request for the repayment of this bank charge, after yet another debit order rejection that set the client off on what can only be described as a very abusive, bullying attack on one of our female employees who was just doing her job. In a review of the client’s online reviews, some 46 just on Hello Peter alone which includes 3 major banks, it is evident that we are not the only company to be affected by issues relating to terms and conditions of various types of agreements to which he is a party. We hereby vehemently deny the unwarranted and untrue allegations as set out in his review and in support hereof, we refer to his mentioning of our excellent employees in the review and subsequent emails to us. Further, the unfortunate female employee that unfairly endured this client’s wrath, peppered with degrading insults, is strangely in possession of an email from himself where he questions her as to, why all people can’t be as happy and even lovely sounding as she is? He further even likens dealing with her, to him returning from a weekend in Disneyland, with smiley faces attached too! As a professional and responsible employer, we demand excellence in service to our clients from all our employees however, we also have a duty to protect our employees from abuse, harassment, and intimidation during the ordinary performance of their duties, hence we waivered any terms and conditions pertaining to cancellation to enable this client to cancel our services.
Best regards,
