TERRIBLE SERVICE: NO TRAINING, NO RESPECT, NO RESPONSE
I am extremely disappointed with the service and conduct of Complex Patrol. Their officers (GARTH, CRAIG AND AN UNKNOWN "SUPERVISOR") confronted me at my own unit during permitted renovation hours, insisting I was breaking rules when in fact I was fully compliant. To make matters worse, I received three different (and incorrect) versions of the rules from three different officers. One officer (CRAIG) even shouted at my workers and spoke to me in an aggressive manner. The supervisor initially refused to show me the “rules” he was quoting and only changed his story once the managing agent confirmed the actual hours. This clearly shows a lack of training and professionalism. When I raised my concerns directly with management (LOURENS MYBURGH), I did not even receive the courtesy of a proper response or phone call back — days have gone by with complete silence. This shows that the problem is not just with the staff but with management itself. If you are part of a complex or estate considering their services, I strongly recommend thinking twice. A security company should be professional, knowledgeable, and respectful to residents — not confrontational, misinformed, and dismissive when complaints are raised.

Ek was besoek deur ‘n adviseur wat my bestaande stelsel kom evalueer het waarop voorstelle gemaak was om my stelsel te verbeter teen ‘n bilike eenmalige uitgawe wat meer doeltreffend sou wees. By die instalering van so ‘n sisteem kan dit taamlik duur wees en het ek goeie advies ontvang om ‘n effektiewe sisteem te kan bekom deur die minimale. eenmalige uitgawe. Justin, die adviseur het my stelsel geevalueer en 80% van alle moniterings oë en sensors het behoue gebly. Daar was slegs enkele toevoegings tot die stelsel gemaak wat die waarneming rondom my huis meer doeltreffend gemaak het. So doeltreffend dat jy dit van jou selfoon oor ‘n afstand kan beheer. Die tegnici wat die installering van die bykomende items gedoen het was uiters bekwaam en het met toewyding, geduld en uiterse nederigheid en beskeie wyse die taak verrig. Dit was nie nodig om agter hulle skoon te maak nadat daar geboor was nie en die stelsel was getoets voordat dit oorhandig is. Hier wil ek die name noem van Arthur en Ewald, twee puik tegnici wat Complex Patrols het. Dit raak al hoe moeiliker om in jou eie tuiste veilig te wees en te voel. Ek sal ook seker maak dat hierdie skrywe op ander media platforms voorkom. Nogmaals dankie. Deesdae is dit uiters moeilik om goeie dienslewering te kry. Regards J.S.Cooke

Unprofessional Complex Patrols
I am re-writing this review as apparently my wording was not "Allowed " according to the rules and whatever of Hello Peter , so here goes ...... My experience with Complex Patrols was terrible . The admin are untrained in customer services , they havnt a clue the importance of their members , as a result I left . nailing me on Hidden charges , despite the fact I informed them it was not my fault . They messed up and instead of appologising , they rather went on the attack . Not the company for me . Doesn't cost a cent to be polite and professional .

incompetent complex patrols.
Before I write this , may I just say, the armed Guards working for this company are fantastic , brilliant in fact ... Unfortunately they are being represented by an amateurish , arrogant bunch of narcissistic admin/management who haven't a clue on customer service . Infuriating to deal with such disrespect , as a result ive decided to cancel with immediate effect , cant get rid of these fools fast enough .

An incredible company.
An incredible company. Totally professional. Their staff and patrolmen are not only efficient but extremely polite. I have no idea how terrible it would have been to live in our complex without these wonderful people patrolling every single day. Thank you all for a job well done. Keep up the good work.

Complex Patrols - useless and cowardly!
Complex Patrols, Cape Town, is a sectional title security enforcement company, supposed to protect owners against harm, intimidation and noise. They are on retainer, a sizeable amount per month and yet they do not patrol regularly and if they do, they drive into the complex, sit inside their car, do not even get out to patrol or check the complex for trouble or noise and then drive off. They are absolutely useless in providing security and protection and are totally intimidated by the culprits, residents living inside the complex. They do not enforce clear, written body corporate rules. If you are a complex looking for security, do not hire them. It is a complete waste of time and money. They will leave you in a compromising situation with intimidating bullies, who break all the body corporate rules, shout and curse at you and the security guard, supposed to protect you, who drives off at speed, with the words: "I will call the police!" They leave you right there on your own. What cowards! Did I mention I am an elderly woman, an owner, a granny, paying for their services, who is victimized over and over again, because they are too scared of the bullies to enforce the rules. What sissies! Grow a pair! And the bullies, they are white trash living amongst us. Our enemy is not outside our gates, they are living amongst us. I have been forced to sell as a result.
