It is with a sad heart that I had to cancel my insurance policy with OUTsurance. Amanda who called me back was fantastic and she was true to the OUTsurance client service. She explained the entire process to me and what would happen if I want to re-insure at a later stage. OUTsurance definitely looks after their client's needs. I was with OUTsurance since 2005 and have been a most satisfied customer.
I had a really bad experience at PostNet Long Street in Cape Town yesterday. I needed to make copies and was overcharged. On top of that I was charged differently to that of the other PostNet outlets I use regularly. They charged me R5 for the first print and an additional R3 for each print. The PostNet's I use regularly do not charge extra for the first page as one only pays R2 per print. The person who helped me printed 2 blank pages and had the audacity to charge me for these pages even though he took the blank pages and put it back into his stock. I told him I will not pay for a 2 blank pages. He was aware of the blank pages as I had brought it to his attention. He did not offer to refund me, only when I told him I want my money back did he approach the manager who told him he can't charge for blank pages. I received my refund. I wonder how many times this happens to other clients who don't pick up that they have been overcharged.
I received a voucher from Royal Canin and arrange to collect the treats for my doggie at Tableview Vetshop. Winnie went out of her way to ensure I get the product and that the voucher could be redeemed at their store. She told me she would contact me when the product is in-store and she kept her word. When I collected the treats Winnie was not there but she had told Sam about my voucher and Sam sorted everything out with me. There were no glitches. Winnie made a promise and kept her promise. It is lovely dealing with people who actually care.
I sent them an email to congratulate them on a product and made an enquiry if they have that product in large bags. They rep**** immediately and asked me to sign up on their platform and then they sent me a voucher to buy treats for my Bodhi. Irene Sandenbergh the Customer Care Consultant I dealt with was amazing; she was friendly and made some suggestions I would not have thought of. She went the extra mile to ensure that I could collect the product at Tableview Vetshop. Now that is service par excellence!!
I brought to their attention, without complaining or expectation, that the quality of their carrots had gone down. Within a month, at my next purchase, the quality of carrots were back up to standard. Thanks Woolworths for listenting.
An incredible business to deal with. Their staff, especially Gertrude is very efficient. What amazes me is that they seem to treat my company (a start-up) the same as any other estalished clients. This is not easily come by these days. I have had nothing but exceptional service from them.
I had an issue with a voucher which could not be redeemed at Woolworths Parklands store. Firstly Natalay assisted me in-store but she did not get the help from head office at the time. She followed up on it the following Monday and Sizizwe, the store manager went out of his way to address the problem and get it sorted out. I was extremly impressed with the service I received.
I love my SPAR in Parklands. The staff are friendly, helpful and interactive. The store managment is also at the top of my list. I must say this is my favourite SPAR. Their store is always clean and there is seldom a problem with "no stock".
Once again your staff are incredible. I was on leave for two weeks so Bodi did not visit the store. A few days ago I took Bodi to buy his favourite "sweets". He jumped out of the car, ran straight into the store and said hello to everyone. Your staff make such a fuss over him and he laps it up. Thank your staff members for being such incredible people. They are also very knowlegable about your products and are always informing me (a mere pensioner) what I can buy on special etc.
Their staff is amazing. Their main focus is on the client (furbabies) and also the parents. Everytime I visit their store, if Bodi is not with me, they ask after him. They also know exactly what food he eats and brings my attention to those specials. It is the most incredible shopping experience!! Bodi can't wait to run into the store and say hello to everyone. He loves the lady at Parklands Junction who cuts his nails. She is so gentle with Bodi. Thanks for having such amaizing staff accross all your stores in Cape Town.
