I would just like to thank Arthur and Ewalt for their professional and friendly service. Great to be a client of Complex Patrols with their speedy response times from Administration right through to Technicians and response teams. Thanks again to Arthur and Ewalt.
Recently I've relocated and I've had trouble getting internet connected. I've troubleshooted with representatives remotely for 5 days. Hours on end over the phone with them and I've requested a technician assist in person and a manager call me. For 5 days I've had no contact from a manager and or a technician. I have done everything possible with my ISP and Frogfoot to get this resolved from my end, yet still no service. They keep saying everything is working on their end. Happy to take my money and say it's working even with evidence that it quite clearly is not. Very inefficient service when it comes to assistance.
The absolute worst bank to bank with. Hypotheticaly. If a payment was made and the balance shows positive in your account, FNB will pinch your hard money by, delaying that payment until your account gets close to the negative. Then Once close enough to the negative for them to "Magtape" the payment and charge you for the item as if there was no funds in your account. Therfore a R321.00 purchase from A hardware store in my area with a positive balance of Let's say R400... Gets with held for 4 business days. My account still showing a positive available balance of R79. So I buy a packet of ice and a box of cigarettes and my account now close to R0. With R9 left. FNB then decides oh hey, now let's take that R321 but oh look. There are not enough funds to deduct because he went to buy R70 stuff from Spar. Let's charge him R180. On top of the R321 because the payment was Magtaped as Unpaid and no funds. They have taken R180 for a R321 purchase that was made with a positive balance. Broad daylight *******. I will be closing my FNB Accounts shortly.
