Absolutely terrible service

Compliance learning centre Alberton ( Anna Bouhail) website www.virtualclc.co.za, I have trusted them as I've done my RE years ago with them ...I made payment and registered on the website for my Class of business, to this date I received no confirmation nothing from these people , I call in day after day speak to chanel or chane all she says Anna will give me a call back , this is so unprofessional the way one gets treated. How are you running a business if the person is not available and off sick. Surely in your absence there should be someone else dealing with clients. I have sent emails after emails , with no response , requested to Have Anna's number so I could call her direct, number doesn't even go through nor sms or whatsapp. Really unprofessional and would surely not recommend anyone to go with this company. If Anna is off sick and is the only person in the whole company that can assist then put your website and business on hold , you cant allow people to make payments to you , with no response on email , phone calls nothing. I see a lot of negative reviews regarding the same issue I am having from other people as well. Its been now two weeks and no response at all . They are ****ming people by allowing you to register on their website and no courses happen .
