Pathetic service start to finish

This place is a scam and a half, I signed up a course for my daughter through Yvonne Gilmour on monthly basis, the course had to be installed on my laptop and you get given a empty dvd holder, unfortunately my hard drive crashed and I had to use a different pc, I asked Yvonne what to do as it was on that pc, she said I would need to call the office to get a code of some sort to reinstall it and gave me a cellphone number, the number given never assisted me, from ill call you back to not answering I then asked Yvonne again as she was ultimately the sales person, to date I haven't received help, you don't get a disc at all but you're expected to pay approximately R15000 for this preschool program. Now they want to hand me over and ITC me because I refused to pay for something that never worked, never had a disc and for a company that has absolutely no after sales service... Pathetic!! Best of all is it was placed on my husband's name and they are sending me the details to hand the account over
