Definitely a no from me, the product may be well designed but the website is a joke, overcharged, misled, received my leaf net which is manufactured with 32 eyelets and delivered with 18 hooks and plates to install. Haven't been refunded yet Nadine Meintjies stated on 10 July refunds will be processed on the following Wednesday (16 July) it's the 21st and nothing has been paid back. Definitely ********* and not a business I would easily recommend working with.
Never!! NEVER!! This is the worst experience I have ever come across moving.... They have damaged multiple items and Hein just throws his hands in the air!! This is definitely not a reliable SERVICE... They tell us it is our responsibility to package the items, the TV was in SOOO much bubble wrap but has a pierced hole and dented!!! Stay the flip away from this business trust me.
Absolutely pathetic to say the least. Parcels booked 4 days ago have still not been collected, customer care agents request feedback from other staff via email yet it gets ignored, parcels to be delivered have been with Ram 4 days as well with no delivery, phones don't get answered, live chat is ridiculous.... How come other courier companies can cope during December, Ram seems to being falling apart! Taking monies for a service and not giving a service is ******* Ram Couriers!!
I guess that is why they say the quality of service is in the value you pay as well. I read about Roomys Sprokie on Facebook, decided let's try for my daughters birthday. Thay was a very swift tried and I will never again. I guess that's what you get when it's youngsters on the other end of the phone that also were never taught customer service (Hi, hoe gaan dit? And I get GOED! not goed dankie self) then you have to repeat yourself over and over because she doesn't listen making you actually wonder if the order will be taken down correctly, then you have to repeat your order another time on WhatsApp just to be send a message the following day being asked AGAIN everything you already discussed telephonically. I was asked gaan tannie betaal as jy kom optel of EFT, I said ek sal betaal as ek optel dankie, today I get sent bankimg details, questions about my order making me distrust that it will be done correctly and then I when I say I was told I can pay on collection and why do I need to repeat my order again,I get... Ons werk nie so nie jy moet inkom winkel toe of EFT. Well you know what I also dont (WORK THIS WAY) I give my orders to someone competent who listens because they care about their brand/product, I usually pay a deposit and balance on collection and I am normally extremely happy with the service of my cake lady and that's where I will go, never again will I use Roomys Sprokie Annlin.
I've actually had enough of people thinking that they can speak to others just as they please. I have asked this "organization" to assist me rehoming my kittens as I was completely unaware that my baby girl was even ready to have babies (she's so small) the babies are sooo beautiful and it was a mere request asking for assistance. My male cat was sterilized as a baby, my female fell pregnant 1 week before her appointment to be sterilized so I absolutely refuse to be spoken to as if I am a fool. Catz R Us SA Response to my request: We are a rescue organization not a rehoming service for irresponsible pet owners. Thank you for contributing to the massive cat problem we already face. Sterilize your animals. You knew she was in heat. There is no excuse. Call me Karen. That is a reflection of your own inadequacy. I HAVE A SCREENSHOT. I wish this woman want to actually see how my cats live, even the kittens are spoiled already, and I absolutely love how she knows that I apparently knew things, I actually didn't know she was on heat until it was too late, but non the less, ill make her organization famous, this was uncalled for and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
What has become of proper service, I'm 39 weeks pregnant collecting a bank card takes over 30 minutes just to get to a consultant, then the consultant cannot find the card, its not even month end. Where are the days that elderly and expecting moms got some sort of preference. I've been with FNB so many years but this is appalling honestly. The ticket sequences make absolutely no sense, the turnaround time at a consultant is non existent, FNB kolonnade branch
Do not trust this company to install your trackers without supervision, mine was installed a week ago, less than 30 mins and the technician couldn't leave quick enough, when turning on my 4 month old car after that the engine light came on, there was absolutely no power to my car when driving, I took it to the dealership for a diagnostics report which has come back that bolts and wires to my airflow system were loosened and damaged, now Tracker SA insists on attaining my report that they did not pay for before they investigate anything, as per our legal representation we aren't legally obligated to share this with them until such time that they investigate the matter, I have asked for the installers compliance certificate which I get ignored on, I have also as a test pushed both emergency buttons in both my vehicles and not received any response from Tracker SA thus to me meaning the systems are redundant, but park your car in your premises and you will randomly get called and told a alert was given through that the vehicle was hijacked, push the panic and you get nothing. It has been days on end now with emails back and forth with Nomthandazo at Tracker SA and to date they have not at all started an investigation, sent me the information I have asked for or even remotely apologized for damaging my brand new vehicle, all they care about is the contract that's in place! So legally I am now sharing my horrible experience which to me is definitely in the best interest of the public, all truthful with substantiating evidence.
Worst Service ever!!! We place a order for delivery and 1 hour later get called to say our order is on the way, then we get called again to say they didn't take the address down and finally the manager calls to say the order was never made as it was lost!! How do you loose an order, the manager has absolutely no care either, the attitude is more.... It is what it is, who cares right.
I placed an order with snatcher online on the 15th March 2023, on the 28th March 2023 I had to ask when I'd receive this order (as no one from snatcher will communicate with a customer first) I was thrn notified that there is no stock and I am to get a refund, I was yold by Sheena Williams my refund would have a 7 day turnaround time frame which I accepted, on 15 April 2023 I had still nit received any refund and I had to email them again (one cant call this business, makes you understand why) again Sheena Williams rep**** to my mail, now there was an apparent backlog in refunds and I would need to wait, on 18 April I was told by Sheena my refund would take place that day or the following day, it is today the 20th April and I still have not bern refunded, this has now exceeded the 30 calendar day period the ECT Act allows for local goods to either be delivered or refunded, it has exceeded the legal SA law time-frame any business has to process a refund, and they just could not care.
You know I am actually disappointed today, we ordered Starbucks from the Zambezi Junction in Pretoria, just as we placed the order I said yo my husband at least it won't be dull coffee with solid ice blocks in like we had last weekend from Viva Cafe, what do we get.... Dull iced Mocha with solid ice cubes, not the standard slush effect it should have, nope plain coffee in a cup with ice cubes, which honestly I could do at home. Why is it that South Africa always takes an American brand and ruins it?? Well I suppose that was now my last Starbucks, Krispy Creme and Woolworths coffee tastes better than the nonsense I paid for today.
