Computer center - Poor management

Do not remove this post. This is factual and it is what happened. They attempted to silence me. They do not care about what they did.

I worked for Computacenter the South African branch for 5 years. During this time I have assisted in building this company in aspects of training tech ability and revamping processes. When I arrived they were failing in all aspects of their accounts. After producing all these I ideal ideas with the promise of progression.

What happened instead was to defame my character in public while *****ing my solution and passing it off as their own. In addition to this, accept awards for these innovations themselves. This company is taking advantage of underprivileged communities. With cheap labour and knowing it's their lively hood, they rule with a colonial mentality. They rule with fear. They intentionally break you down so you do not challenge the status quo. I saved this company millions and my reward was to be fired before Christmas. I have a wife and kids, yet after the year in which I saved them on numerous occasions, decide to fire me on things they manufactured. They will say the ccma found in their favour, on the basis of the following process, they don't look at contribution. The process any ****** can follow, and they brought in an outside Hr source, which they paid to find in their favour. I have all the evidence to back everything I am saying, removing this post would constitute violating my freedom of speech.

This company blatantly took advantage of me, used and abused my intellect and when I asked for my dues, proceeded to fire me. They need to compensate me for my work rendered.
