Computicket Tickets not working

On the 20th October 2017 I got tickets from Computicket, at Mall at Carnival for the Soweto Derby that took place on Saturday, the 21st October. Upon arrival at the Soccer City Stadium, when we got to the gate to scan our tickets, we were told that our tickets are deemed invalid, thus resulting in us not being able to gain access to the stadium and not watching the game we traveled all the way from Springs to watch. We travelled an hour to Soccer City and had to endure an hour of traffic just to get to the stadium, only to find out that we cannot be allowed in the stadium.

The guards at the gate told me that I have to go back to Computicket to get another pair of tickets which was foolish for a game that had started 30 minutes ago. I am very disappointed at the amount of time I wasted on Saturday.
