I purchased tickets online from Computicket and my money was deducted from my account, however I did not receive any form of confirmation or ticket via email. I contacted Computicket National as well as the Randburg branch, but I received no assistance. I then went in person to Computicket House to try and resolve the matter, only to be denied entry by security guards from OPT Security. I was informed that management and staff had refused to assist customers with ticketing issues. As a paying customer, this treatment was unacceptable and humiliating. I was treated like a ******** while simply trying to resolve a problem caused by Computicket’s system. This experience reflects extreme disorganization and poor customer service. I expect: An explanation for the failed transaction Either my tickets or a full refund A formal apology for the humiliation and inconvenience I experienced No customer should be treated in this manner after making a legitimate purchase.
