Had a line of 200 by 200 and the service was never ever 200 by 200 or anywhere close to it.
A month or two ago (i think), i upgraded my package to 400 by 400, seeing that ComX partnered with FrogFoot and i was expecting much better service.
Again, the problem persisted. I asked the support person on WhatsApp, whats going on and why I'm not getting what I'm paying for and his reply was, that i need to travel to their offices, to pick up a cable (he is lending me), to test the speed of my internet.
He adds to that, that if ComX has to send a Technician to come and check WHY COMX SERVICE IS NOT RUNNING THE WAY IT SHOULD, then i will be charged that "call out" fee.
Uhm...ok 🤔
So, ComX provides me with internet 24/7 and i PAY for every second of that service, right... Now ComX wants to CHARGE me, to come to my house, to check why THEIR SERVICE is not running properly at my house...from a router, that THEY installed?!
Seems a bit redundant to me.
Just want everyone to know what you're signing up for with ComX.
Case closed...
