In February I spent about 70k in computer equipment from Comx which included a 22U Server Cabinet. This came in side-panels, fan, door, handle/lock, 1 Allen-key, and 4 packs of over 100 differ sized bolts and nuts, and NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.<br> As DIY wannabe, I tried to figure it out to no vail. Believing this to be an oversight on ComX side I sent them an email requesting these instructions, UP TO DATE, FRUSTRATINGLY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!<br> Their website have no telephone line.<br> Their advertised product warranties are covered by the manufacturers, but what I receiver was obviously some generic product with no manufacturer details on the packaging, -so NO CONTACT DETAILS THERE, AGAIN! So, if I had a warranty issue who would I contact?<br> <br> The server cabinet was listed on their website as:-<br> <br> KDCAB6010 UniQue 19 Floor Standing Cabinets - 600x800x1800mm - 22U with 2 fans, Lockable Smoky Grey Glass Door, 2 pcs of side doors, 4xjacking feet, 4xpcs of castors, 20 pcs of cage and nuts)- Black <br> <br> This is certainly in violation of the South African consumer protection act, and lack of tangible support and complaints resolution mechanism tarnishes their excellent product listing.
