Avoid CamXpert at all costs. I ordered a camera on June 10th, and it has never been delivered. They gave me a **** tracking number with no website to track it. Despite repeated promises and excuses, including their latest empty commitment to deliver on September 7th, nothing has arrived. This company is a ****, plain and simple. Do not trust them with your money.

I ordered and paid for CamXpert cameras on 11 June 2024. I queried via email support@videocamera.live and the consultant first stated it will be delivered end of July. Later apon another query in August they stated I had to verify my address and that it wil be delivered last week with tracking details. Then later that it will be escalated, contact@wattsave.online. Now they do not respond at all. Clearly this is a ****, do not order CamXpert cameras.

Last week i paid cash for a Router as ComXpert International cc and they said i will receive it on Monday 28 February. i have not received the goods. if you thier number it does not go through. Track the paracel it says it has been delieved but i did not recieve the goods. they are not helping at all. Guys this is not a place to buy anything stay away from this company.

On Thursday 01 August 2019 I decided to use Comx Computers even though Takealot price was slightly cheaper with free delivery guaranteed for Tuesday 06 August. It took me most of the day 01 August 2019 to get information out of Comx which should have given an indication of their service levels, however I decided to give them a chance as they also confirmed delivery 06 August by email. Monday 05 August I follow up and they say they have not received anything yet, but if they do it will be delivered 06 August. 06 August I check in again and they say nothing received will only be delivered 07 August even though I advised them at the time of the order I will only be home on 06 August. They claim even though they confirmed delivery 06 August on email that no delivery is guaranteed (nothing of this noted in email). No telephone number on the website and when I request for a manager to call me it just gets ignored. This will be the last time I use this company for my PC requirements and do not suggest anyone else uses them.

In February I spent about 70k in computer equipment from Comx which included a 22U Server Cabinet. This came in side-panels, fan, door, handle/lock, 1 Allen-key, and 4 packs of over 100 differ sized bolts and nuts, and NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.<br> As DIY wannabe, I tried to figure it out to no vail. Believing this to be an oversight on ComX side I sent them an email requesting these instructions, UP TO DATE, FRUSTRATINGLY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!<br> Their website have no telephone line.<br> Their advertised product warranties are covered by the manufacturers, but what I receiver was obviously some generic product with no manufacturer details on the packaging, -so NO CONTACT DETAILS THERE, AGAIN! So, if I had a warranty issue who would I contact?<br> <br> The server cabinet was listed on their website as:-<br> <br> KDCAB6010 UniQue 19 Floor Standing Cabinets - 600x800x1800mm - 22U with 2 fans, Lockable Smoky Grey Glass Door, 2 pcs of side doors, 4xjacking feet, 4xpcs of castors, 20 pcs of cage and nuts)- Black <br> <br> This is certainly in violation of the South African consumer protection act, and lack of tangible support and complaints resolution mechanism tarnishes their excellent product listing.
