I upgraded my MTN contract with MTN. First they cut off all my connection services without warning me. Not informed of a new SIM card to be placed in my old phone, which I still need to backup before I can use my new mobile device. Not having a phone I had to wait until I was with someone else to enable me to contact MTN customer service. Then a few days later I can't receive any incoming calls on the supposedly upgrade. MTN is completely ***********, how do you cut off the service you claim to provide?
I ordered and paid for CamXpert cameras on 11 June 2024. I queried via email support@videocamera.live and the consultant first stated it will be delivered end of July. Later apon another query in August they stated I had to verify my address and that it wil be delivered last week with tracking details. Then later that it will be escalated, contact@wattsave.online. Now they do not respond at all. Clearly this is a ****, do not order CamXpert cameras.
I ordered 4 CamXpert devices 11 June 2024. I queried after more than two weeks and they stated it should be delivered by July and I will soon receive tracking details. It is now more than 10 weeks and still no information nor tracking details. I emailed again this time they state there was an error in verifying my address, my address is on the order, it is even on Google maps, all other courier services are fine with it. Be aware and do not use Shopify nor CamXpert
I tried paying with my Discovery Credit card, two different companies two different days. the only similarity is Payfast and Bank. Yesterday Spout Coffee company powered by Payfast using my Discovery Card, today Afritheatre again Payfast & Discovery. All transactions decline before reaching the bank providing a code Z8. I have spoken to the bank and they stated that there is no evidence of any attempt of payment using PayFast. Payfast does not even have a nr to phone to request help. This is a terrible insecure unreliable linkage. I am disappointed
I phoned several windscreen replacement centres and all stated it will take 3-5 working days to replace. I received a recommendation from a friend to attempt contacting Nola Theart from Glasfit Centurion. Pleasantly surprised within less than 2 working days, the claim was registered, windscreen ordered and replaced. Nola went out of her way to help me in time for our holiday. My vehicle has been with this company now for several months. Parts only available middle February, why is parts taking more than 3 months, more than 12 weeks to get here?
My parcel has been out for delivery with RAM couriers for 3 days now and still they did not even bother to contact me with a reason for not providing the promised service. Online my delivery as stated should only take 2/3 working days. It has now been 5 working days and still no trace nor any info regarding them delaying the delivery. Slowest couriers service in SA with bad communication skills. Where is my parcel? Why are you not responding with info?
I paid VAT & duty via the link provided by Buffalo int logistics using the Credit card option "peach payment". The payment is not allocated and my bank can't provide proof of payment until they bank the money on Buffalo's side (it still indicates pending), it has been two days. The whatsup nr provided does not respond to a live chat and the phone call gets dropped 7 times in a row after answering. The email center keeps asking for proof of payment and the consultants at support does not understand that they need to accept and bank the money before a proof of payment can be possible. Is there anyone at Buffalo Logistics that can be helpful at all? Or is this business not legitimate?
I have been spammed by several demands via email phone calls and SMS messages to pay an account directly to Pantheon for an account with a school which is not in arrears. Pantheon's administration is not in order and wrongly accusing someone and demanding payments where there is no arrears can lead to discredit and a series of unfortunate events due to lack of competence and checking of accounts. Sort out your administration.
I purchased several pairs of shoes at Melissa Pima group online. The shoes did not fit and I was advised to exchange instore. Instore they did not have my sizes and was provided with a credit coupon and refused to refund me. Every 3 months I would try to order new pairs, but they did not have stock. Now that I finally found some shoes in my size the coupon has expired and the Pima group Melissa ignores all of my emails. They took One thousand one hundred and seventy five worth in Rands without honouring their agreement.
