Best service online store and efficient
I just wanted to say thank you to the best service from Melissa shoes online. I ordered 2 pairs of Melissa shoes on the 26th March 2024 at 14:00 pm and I received my order on the 27/03/2024 at 11:00 am, and a key ring as a gift. I love the gift. Excellent efficient service ever, brilliant business.

Best service online store and efficient

Melissa Pima group - *****ulent business
I purchased several pairs of shoes at Melissa Pima group online. The shoes did not fit and I was advised to exchange instore. Instore they did not have my sizes and was provided with a credit coupon and refused to refund me. Every 3 months I would try to order new pairs, but they did not have stock. Now that I finally found some shoes in my size the coupon has expired and the Pima group Melissa ignores all of my emails. They took One thousand one hundred and seventy five worth in Rands without honouring their agreement.

I am buying my shoes from them already for many years and their quality is still outstanding. I can buy it online and I know it will fit me. It was never necessary for me to send anything back. Thank you Melissa Shoes for the good service

Terrible Service and conditions
This is the worst shop to shop for kids shoes. Their sizes are not normal SA sizes. U can only exchange from the shop you bought from, you can’t exchange within 7 days of buying. They don’t do refunds yet their shoes are so expensive. By far my worst retailer experience I’ve had in a very long time. I repeat, DO Not buy kids shoes especially from this store

Horrible service at Eastgate Store
I made a special stop at the eastgate store to check out the range of shoes as i am a melissa shoe fan. I received terrible service from the lady in charge. She spoke to me without looking at me and let the other lady working with her help me. I am a size 7 and even though i asked many times to the same lady who chose to look away whenever i spoke to her which styles were available in a 7 she did not help me unless i took a shoe and showed it to her. I sure do hope that she was not being racist. i still bought a pair. When i complained on the Instagram page my message was read but not responded to. I sent an email on their website and ignored again. I dont need anything from you. Just acknowledgement that your staff were not up to scratch with their service. Im sorry but i am terribly disappointed
