This is the worst shop to shop for kids shoes. Their sizes are not normal SA sizes. U can only exchange from the shop you bought from, you can’t exchange within 7 days of buying. They don’t do refunds yet their shoes are so expensive. By far my worst retailer experience I’ve had in a very long time. I repeat, DO Not buy kids shoes especially from this store
<p>How long can it possibly take for one to get stock of an item???? It's been 2 weeks waiting on the arrival of a Dining Room Suite at Coricraft Eastgate. They promised arrival of the 5th Dec 2016, then nothing happens. I (CUSTOMER) take it in my stride to call on the 7th Dec, and all they can tell me is they don't know what happened. They promised to call me back and give me feedback but once again NOTHING. I had to call again to find out what the story is. By then im told the lady who assisted me is new etc. but what i don't understand is, does a new employee not know it is common curtosy to call back when you have promised to get back to the customer???? Still then they tell me one chair will arrive in a weeks time, table in another weeks time, i mean WHAT IS THIS??? FOR A CUSTOMER THAT HAS FULLY PAID THEM!!!! By then there is no manager to speak to, no nothing that they can do for me.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM CORICRAFT AGAIN. I asked that the manager should call me first thing the next morning, even now, i am awaiting their call. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CORICRAFT EASTGATE...</p>
Hi, I have done a cellphone and data contract upgrade early this year which is capped, bt to my dismay every month my account bills r much more then the agreed contact. I have contacted MTN woodmead more then 5 times now and the store Manager Lucas, either hangs up the phone or made several promises that he will get back to me. What incompetence that a store Manager can't set up a contract? I then went to my nearest branch which is Lakeside Mall, there again the store Manager (Gloria Nene) tells me there is nothing they can do for me. I am very displeased and disgruntled by the service I have received from MTN thus far, that I even want this contract to b canceled at this point in time! How long can it take for someone to give me a decent service as a valued customer is beyond me!
From the onset of my cellphone contract with Autopage, they did not have stock of the phone,it took weeks for delivery,i changed the contract to be on My Mom's name, its been months and this is still not done,the employee did not know his product,he kept asking colleague for advice.The service was and is still terrible.i would like to totally cancel this contract all together. DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER OF POOR SERVICE
