Damaged our car Denied knowing who did the balancing of the car When I messaged on Instagram the owner had an excuse of cctv for everything besides cctv proof to show us that his people did not damage our car. Made my husband wait and den did a quick fast job of trying to sort the damage out. Because my husband did not make a huge issue the owner insists that my husband was very happy when he left and he has cctv footage to prove that my husband was happy but no cctv to prove that my car was not damaged by his workers and on top of that says we went over a speed bump that is why the damage was identical on both sides of the car

Im a regular at Clicks Musgrave Centre Durban. The Pharmacists now know me personally I absolutely love getting my daughters meds from them. Cheapest definitely on Insulin and their 3 for 2 deals are always always worth it
We bought a pair of shoes on the 22nd of Feb from the old fort road store. The guy at the till told us 7 days cash back. I came on the 1st of march to return as they didnt have a bigger size. The lady at the till says no. Today is the 8th day not the 7th day because 22nd feb is counted at the 1st day and i must take a voucher. While she was busy i called the kingsmead head office and the lady there says that 7 days is counted from the next day i.e. the 23rd so i can get cash back. Now while on the line with head office the teller heard and she rushed and gave me the gift card. I used my air time to teach these ppl their own company policy. Now after head office says 1st March is 7 days they still dont want to do cash back because they already issued the gift card. I was insistent on cash back. The manager now says i must wait till another customer comes and spends R600 then only she can give me my money because there is no money in their till. What kind of people do u as a company hire? Do u scam all ur customers and tell them 7 days start on the day or purchase???? They eventually made a plan and gave me my money with miraculously came out of the till. And NO one apologised. NO ONE only the lady from head office that spoke to me on the fone was apologetic. The 1st lady that served me just disappeared somewhere. I waited and waited for them to sort out their own mistake.
Apalling service. Nafisa is Very abrupt and impatient and expects decisions same time. We then went to the store on brickfield rd but couldn't put the order through there because they lady wanted us to deal with nafisa only. Once we make the order we are not notified that the curtains are ready. There is no option of delivery as we ordered a pelmet as well. Nothing. I had to call to check up on my order and when ready to pick up no information is given as to which store to pick up at. I get a call asking why i havent picked up as yet. Im sorry my dear but this whole experience has been a major disappointment and you have lost a customer. The only reason we came to you is because we received excellent service from Haseena when we did curtains with u guys a few years ago.

I made a special stop at the eastgate store to check out the range of shoes as i am a melissa shoe fan. I received terrible service from the lady in charge. She spoke to me without looking at me and let the other lady working with her help me. I am a size 7 and even though i asked many times to the same lady who chose to look away whenever i spoke to her which styles were available in a 7 she did not help me unless i took a shoe and showed it to her. I sure do hope that she was not being racist. i still bought a pair. When i complained on the Instagram page my message was read but not responded to. I sent an email on their website and ignored again. I dont need anything from you. Just acknowledgement that your staff were not up to scratch with their service. Im sorry but i am terribly disappointed
Desais Butchery Based in overport. Always good meat products. Fully halaal. Chicken never has a smell and is clean and not slimy. Mutton quality is amazing as well. A must stop for me atleast rwice a month
