I brought to your attention regarding a recent footwear purchase.(purchased and taken back 3 days later) While the shoes show minor scuffing from being tried on for fit, I have discovered significant manufacturing defects that are unrelated to wear: Structural Issues: There are numerous loose threads throughout the construction of the shoe, compromising its durability and comfort for my daughter. Quality Control Omission: The internal insert labels are missing. Having purchased two other pairs of the same brand at the same time which do have these labels, it is clear this specific pair is a manufacturing outlier. It appears this particular pair may have bypassed your usual quality control standards. All to be told that my daughters sweaty feet had rubbed off the insole. Ive hughlughted how is that possible as she used it for a minumium of 20 minutes, whereas she has a shoe that was purchased last year and insoles are intact amd not rubbed off. I was then told that there is nothing they can do as they wont be able to resell to anlther customer..ofcourse..which person would buy a defect pair? Manager advised me should it open up in 6 months..i can bring in for a full refund or exchange..

I just want to thank the owner and staff at Kingsmead shoes Clearwater. I bought 2 pairs of Hi-Tech boots there during 2025. I never fit them as I know I am a UK10. They where laying in my room in there boxes till now as I wanted to get the last bit of wear out of the old one,s. Surprise last week when I wanted to try them, to small. I saw on the box it was UK 10, but EUR was now a 44 where it use to be 45. I called them and explain and with no hassle it was exchange. Great service. Wish more shops can follow them. Staff friendly and helpful. THANKS!!!!

I just want to thank the owner and staff at Kingsmead shoes Clearwater. I bought 2 pairs of Hi-Tech boots there during 2025. I never fit them as I know I am a UK10. They where laying in my room in there boxes till now as I wanted to get the last bit of wear out of the old one,s. Surprise last week when I wanted to try them, to small. I saw on the box it was UK 10, but EUR was now a 44 where it use to be 45. I called them and explain and with no hassle it was exchange. Great service. Wish more shops can follow them. Staff friendly and helpful. THANKS!!!!

We have had our shoes lost in transit and was offered an inconvenience discount from Maggs, the online manager. This was however not forthcoming and how can a company do this to their shoppers

I have done an order to purchase a pair of shoes on special that I was to use on my Capetown trip. Now I cannot use my shoes because they lost it in transit. What a poor service and inconvenience for me. This company is most irresponsible.

I'm so disappointed in the service bit kingsmead. I order shoes, on the arrival the shoes that was sent to be had no straps attached to the shoe, I tried to take it back in store I was advised that I need to contact the online team and they will arrange for collection, I did that shoes was collected was promised by refund but still haven't received it. Why is it so easy to take our money but so hard to process or refund our money back to us.

Good day, I trust you are well. Today I visited Kingsmead at South Coast Mall to purchase a pair of shoes. I was assisted properly; however, when I made the payment, the speed point did not register the transaction even though the money was deducted from my bank account. The cashier informed me that the manager requires a bank statement as proof that the amount was debited. Unfortunately, no one took my details or offered to contact me after cash-up or daily banking to verify whether there was an excess amount, and I was left without assistance while the staff continued as though nothing had happened. Kindly advise how I should proceed in this matter. I only receive my official bank statement on the 22nd of each month, meaning I will only get the December statement later. If I request a payment history from the bank now, who will be responsible for the costs?

Disgustingly disappointed, on my recent visit to your Table Bay Mall branch on Sunday 9 November, it was complete DISASTER !! Myself and my mom walked into an empty store, no one at the door to greet the one employer that we did happen to see was to busy figiting with the shoes on the shelves and singing to herself then worry about the customers who was near her. Not one single person came to over help, no 1. eventually I happened to see that there were 3 staff members in the store, I called out but my call fell on deaf ears because everyone was too busy with their own thing. We helped ourselves to the shoes my mom wanted 2 pairs of sandals that prices R1200+ - when we went to the counter to pay - guess what ?? FULL OF EMPTINESS !! There wasn't a soul to assist, on walking out of the store a staff member saw us coming from the pay counter but did not even greet or ask how we can be helped. It is so dissapointing that on a quiet sunday afternoon that this is the service your customers get. Your staff have ZERO customer service skills and are NOT interested in attending to customers in the store.

Clearwater mal I had to return a pair of shoes that damage quickly after replace the shoes as a nr 8 i wear it 1 day they say i **** the shoe was been taken in a rush due to them did not return my call on the Saturday and I had to go to the shop. So in the process the wrong sizes bern taken the left shoe mak a noice if you don't want to swop the shoe today give my money back i will not wait 14 days..if you can proof it was wear more than 1 day I laugh at your business
