On Monday i was expecting a delievery and i was tracking in at around 11:48 it said the goods have been delieved but not to me. I then went to the security at my complex to find out if fastway was here. They said yes but they did not come to your house they asked for a diffent number and they came back and said they did not find anyone. The security then saw the driver scanning the goods and he drove off. I tried to call fastway but they are not anwsering the phone. Please this is not a company to use as you will not get help at all.
Last week i paid cash for a Router as ComXpert International cc and they said i will receive it on Monday 28 February. i have not received the goods. if you thier number it does not go through. Track the paracel it says it has been delieved but i did not recieve the goods. they are not helping at all. Guys this is not a place to buy anything stay away from this company.
I have called Rain support center many times but no action from them. I am pay R479 per month but i can't stream Netflix and WhatsApp at times don't even work. I did a speed test many times i get download of 0.4 and upload of more than 10. I even changed my router and it worked for about 2 to 3 days. I can't do anything at the moment as it times out all the time. I really made a big mistake in signing up with them. They are the worst service provider, pathetic service.
I asked people in Zimbabwe to send my documents and they send them using Fedex on Monday and up to know i have not received the documents. They don't even tell you whats happening. When i go on their tracking site its as if the documents have left Zimbabwe and it said i will receive them on the 1st of October but i have not received anything. I am really disappointed they are expensive and the service is really bad.
