This company has sent me messages stating that they will send someone to my house to accept a debit order. I have told them numerous times that i am unemployed and also i ahve repeatedly ask for the companies details . I was not given any information. They have not provided me with their name or surname of the person i was speaking to i also requested for the mangers details and still they did not provide me with information. I have requested for the FSP number or licence number for this company and they have not provided me with this information. This account is more than 5 Years old and I'm currently unemployed how ever i am being harassed and threatened by this company .According to my knowledge if the customer request for company details they need to provide it so why is the company not providing us with the details when requested.
