SCAMMER ALERT 🚨🚮

I am writing this post very hurt and disappointed 💔😭 Here’s the story:

On the 4th of July 2022 I placed an order for a coffee and side table online with @Concreative Concrete Concepts and I was excited that I’m finally getting the pieces that I have been saving for. The following morning, I call the PTA number on their website to try and confirm that they’ve received payment and all is in order.

Red flag 1: the lady that answers the call says the company moved from PTA 2 years ago and says they are now based in CT full time. I ask if she has their direct contact, and she gives one for the owner, Wybrand. I try calling the guy to no avail. I send a text and he doesn’t respond. He responded back on the 8th confirming they received my order and payment (full payment), and they’ll send a confirmation email.

4 days later on the 12th, I text again informing them that I have not yet received the confirmation email. He ignores my text. The following week I call him and he says they couldn’t send the email cause their systems were down. 2 weeks later I follow up again, and he ignores my calls, DMs, texts and emails. I’m obviously doing this because they never reach out, so I took it upon myself to follow up, mind you the estimated delivery is stated to be 4-5 weeks on their website and I had planned to buy furniture as my birthday present for the 20/08.

On the 26 August I follow up again as always, now he says he’ll make sure they deliver the following week as their factory was affected by rain etc. Today is the 28 September, still no furniture and money💔😭 I’m writing this with a heavy heart cause I watch the likes of Carte Blanche often enough and see these stories happening to simple consumers like myself, however you never think it will happen to you until it does.

So good people please be careful. Being scammed of your hard earned money is not nice💔😭
