****!! I ordered a coffee table on 25 November 2022. After no communication I eventually tracked down Wybrands tel number. I then got excuse after excuse. He then eventually just says he doesn't have any money to reimburse you. I am so sick of ****mers I employed a debt collection company to get my money back from him. It took a while an I obviously lost some of the money because I had to pay the agency but even if I didn't get a cent back it would have been worth it that he doesn't get to keep it. I would advise you do the same to put pressure on him and hopefully stop him from continuing to do it to others.

****MER!!
We ordered a wine cabinet and dining table, paid the deposit, but then the false promises and lies started. After months of fighting and lies, we received the table. POOR QUALITY!!!! We never received the wine cabinet and still fighting to get our money back. Wybrand Esterhuizen has no conscience and ***** people’s money. He turned off his Facebook reviews, for obvious reasons. He’s a ****MER!!! STAY AWAY!!

Pathetic service and poor product
Worst experience ever dealing with Concreative Concrete Concepts. The owner, Wybrand provides pathetice service. I waited almost a year for my table and bench and received it after numerous threats and a visit to his factory. Two months after receiving the table and bench the "concrete" table top started pealing. For months he has now been ignoring my requests to come and fix the pealing table. I dont recommend anybody purchasing from Concreative Concepts unless you like headaches

I dont recommend anybody purchasing from Concreative Concepts unless you like headaches

SCAMMER ALERT 🚨🚮
I am writing this post very hurt and disappointed 💔😭 Here’s the story: On the 4th of July 2022 I placed an order for a coffee and side table online with @Concreative Concrete Concepts and I was excited that I’m finally getting the pieces that I have been saving for. The following morning, I call the PTA number on their website to try and confirm that they’ve received payment and all is in order. Red flag 1: the lady that answers the call says the company moved from PTA 2 years ago and says they are now based in CT full time. I ask if she has their direct contact, and she gives one for the owner, Wybrand. I try calling the guy to no avail. I send a text and he doesn’t respond. He responded back on the 8th confirming they received my order and payment (full payment), and they’ll send a confirmation email. 4 days later on the 12th, I text again informing them that I have not yet received the confirmation email. He ignores my text. The following week I call him and he says they couldn’t send the email cause their systems were down. 2 weeks later I follow up again, and he ignores my calls, DMs, texts and emails. I’m obviously doing this because they never reach out, so I took it upon myself to follow up, mind you the estimated delivery is stated to be 4-5 weeks on their website and I had planned to buy furniture as my birthday present for the 20/08. On the 26 August I follow up again as always, now he says he’ll make sure they deliver the following week as their factory was affected by rain etc. Today is the 28 September, still no furniture and money💔😭 I’m writing this with a heavy heart cause I watch the likes of Carte Blanche often enough and see these stories happening to simple consumers like myself, however you never think it will happen to you until it does. So good people please be careful. Being scammed of your hard earned money is not nice💔😭

HORRIBLE AND SCAMSTER
We placed an order for a metal screen (R5000 delivery included) with Wybrand Esterhuizen around 2 months ago for a project we are working on. We could ONLY place the order online on his website. I do not like to do this since I never know if I will receive the product. I almost ALWAYS prefer to pay a deposit and the balance once the delivery takes place. Around 2 weeks after we placed the order did we attempt to contact him to enquire after the delivery date. We send him NUMEROUS sms messages on WA which he read however, did not reply. We then got my sister to contact him. He eventually replied to her and told her that he would contact us. At this point am I starting to get worried. However did I give him the benefit of the doubt. About a month ago we reach out to him. He ignored all the voice or sms messages. Eventually we got hold of him. He told us that the screen was going to be delivered on Friday 3 weeks ago. Friday came and he was a no show. We text him and left voicemails and again …no response. Also NO PIC of the actual screen. Eventually he appeared from the woodwork and had one excuse after the other. His truck was packed with equipment from the project he was currently busy with and he had no space for the screen. Once again we asked him for a photo of the screen with NO REPLY. NOW he telling us that he is going in our direction the following week and will take the screen with him. This was last week Friday. Friday comes and he is a NO SHOW. Again no response from ANY messages we leave him. Tuesday he re-surfaced and once again had another excuse. I had friends over the weekend and did not go to the project site I’m working on. I will take it on Thursday (last week). Ok at this point I had enough of the back and forth. I asked him to cancel the order and refund us. I send him my banking details and gave him till today to do the refund. NO RESPONSE. This guy is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUST WORTHY and does not know how to communicate with clients. He will take your money and WILL NOT DELIVER. HE IS A SCAM!!
