****!! I ordered a coffee table on 25 November 2022. After no communication I eventually tracked down Wybrands tel number. I then got excuse after excuse. He then eventually just says he doesn't have any money to reimburse you. I am so sick of ****mers I employed a debt collection company to get my money back from him. It took a while an I obviously lost some of the money because I had to pay the agency but even if I didn't get a cent back it would have been worth it that he doesn't get to keep it. I would advise you do the same to put pressure on him and hopefully stop him from continuing to do it to others.
