Stay away from Louren's for home renovations!
We have had a terrible experience with Louren's who we paid up front to do home renovations and he then left us half way through the job with numerous damages to our house. This man is a liar and a crook, please stay away from him, he will promise you the world and deliver nothing. We have eventually been forced to take legal action to try and get our money back which he promised to pay us but had intention of doing. Its been an absolute nightmare.

Stay away from Louren's for home renovations!
We have had a terrible experience with Louren's who we paid up front to do home renovations and he then left us half way through the job with numerous damages to our house. This man is a liar and a crook, please stay away from him, he will promise you the world and deliver nothing. We have eventually been forced to take legal action to try and get our money back which he promised to pay us but had intention of doing. Its been an absolute nightmare.

Stay away from Lourens van Lutterveld
Lourens van Lutterveld is a liar and a crook. Please stay away from him and his empty promises. We started out on our journey to home renovation on a good foot with him, but as things went on we realised he is a pathological liar filled with empty promises and excuses. The renovation on our bathroom took over 5 months after we had paid him. And then came the painting of our house roof. He promised us Plascon paint, instead used the cheapest paint money can buy. He said he would waterproof, but as the rains came water was streaming in and damaged our ceilings. He also only painted the parts of the roof we could see then asked us to pay him more money. His guys threw paint away down our main drain and the drains backed up so we had to call the plumber. We are still trying to get him to come and finish the job but being two women, I don't think he takes us seriously. We have paid him over R60 000 to date, and are sitting with more problems than when we started. It has been a nightmare!
