NICOLWAY LOVISA - Terrible Policy, Rude to Customers
Rude Woman at Nicolway Lovisa. Their policy is there to scam customers. They do not print receipts for the goods you buy, they are supposed to "email" them, but they don't. Its borderline fraud. I bought a very expensive faulty pair of earrings and when I went back to exchange them the woman wanted to see my receipt that she had not emailed to me. She was extremely rude to me. I asked her to pull up my details from the day before on her computer but she said there would be no proof of an email on there - well clearly - because it was never mailed.

Cit of Joburg Water - Absolute Incompetence
Disgusted with the utter incompetence of people who just couldn't care less about a basic necessity like water. We were cut off 4 days ago for no reason and nobody wants to reconnect us. I phoned them and they said we were wrongfully disconnected but they cant help us. So we are now just living without water indefinitely. Yet we will still be slapped with a massive water bill end of the month! ONLY IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!

And secondly to hang up on me when I asked how you go my office number - you are a rude woman! I hope management reads this review and deals with you promptly. Shame on you!!!

7 YEARS OF EMAIL SPAM – MAKE IT STOP!
These guys are the absolute worst email spam company out there - it never ends! For 7 years non stop I have been getting their email spam because they have bought my email from some shady seller, and just keep nailing me. Ive tried to block it, it just comes from alternative sources. I have asked them to stop, and it comes in even more frequently. MAKE IT STOP!

Stay away from Lourens! We have to take legal action to get our money back!
We have had a terrible experience with Louren's who we paid up front to do home renovations and he then left us half way through the job with numerous damages to our house. This man is a liar and a crook, please stay away from him, he will promise you the world and deliver nothing. We have eventually been forced to take legal action to try and get our money back which he promised to pay us but had intention of doing. Its been an absolute nightmare.

Lourens van Lutterveld is a scammer
Please stay away from Lourens Van Lutterveld. He is a pathological lair and a crook. He took our money for a job that he got half way through and then left. He did not finish it but still wanted us to pay him more money. We are now sitting with more damages to our house than when we started. We will be opening a case against him to sue him for our money back and for all of the damages. He is full of empty promises and scams!

WARNING!!! Nicolas is a scammer, liar and a thief!
Nicolas was paid to come and fix the solar and he came and forcefully ripped out the solar strings, water went flooding down onto the roof and damaged the ceiling. Turns out he actually damaged the solar even more than to begin with by ripping it apart, the ceiling now has severe water damage to it and he promised to return to fix his mistake. When contacted, he put his phone off, ignored the calls, and then threatened to say the damage was there before he came. He refuses to pay the money back, let alone for the damages that he caused. Other people have stated that he took large deposits from him, then put his phone off and wouldn't come to do the job. They had to take legal action, so this guy is actually a thief and should not be in business.

Stay away from Lourens Van Lutterveld
DISSAPOINTED! Paid Lourens Van Lutterveld a fortune to waterproof and paint our roof. He took our money and left us half way through the job, no waterproofing done, and only painted the parts of the roof we could see. We are now sitting with more damages than when we started.
