Conlog and Emalahleni municipality useless... 4 days without electricity and support

I don't know who is worse Emalahleni municipality or the people at conlog making money getting these contracts to install these non working pre paid meters... been 3 days without electricity already, problem is with the conlog meter in the electricity box in the street, Emalahleni municipality just don't come out to help paying customers and conlog just says not our problem contact the municipality,... we pay our buds off since these things were installed on electricity... but we don't get help.... both are useless....
