I was referred to Connect-AT at the start of the year in 2021 by a neighbor, upon contacting them, they were very quick to respond and organize an installation.
Immediately we had issues, we were promised a solid connection with consistent speed and latency, but never got close to this, we had daily issues, we were then promised that trimming some trees would fix the issues. After we trimmed the trees we still had issues, then we were again promised saying that if we got a larger pole it would fix the issues, so we paid again for a larger pole. Still had issues, we were then told that a point to point link would fix the issue, they supplied us with that free of charge as a test and we still had issues, Then after all that process we were switched to a different tower which gave even more issues than the last. We were then promised that if we paid for a point to point link the issue would be resolved, this is where we said no, finally, they blamed us for not wanting to pay, yet they supplied us with so many false promises that obviously we no longer believed them
My experiences with them - Owner was rude and impatient with me on multiple occasions - They contacted family members inappropriately - They stated that they are "known for their customer service" yet they took days to respond to me on multiple occasions, left me without internet on multiple occasions with no feedback and have very poor reviews everywhere - They failed to supply the full contract initially when signing the agreement, leaving out the cancelation clause, when we wanted to cancel, they quoted us a very large amount of money that we did not agree to pay, and apparently they were not in the wrong at all even though they did not supply us with a full contract, then threatened legal action if we did not pay it, we were so sick of them that we just paid and were done with it -They were always quick to respond to installations or upgrades, but slow to respond to issues
TL:DR -Majority of time you will have issues -Customer Service very slack -Staff often rude -If you have no other choice but to go with them, then make sure you contract specifically states the cancelation clause, as from reading all these reviews and my own experience they seem to cash grab you if you exit their contracts early.
