Useless company rude owner

I'd give them 0 stars if i could

The owner is rude and has a "bigger than you" complex. Their support is meant to answer within 2 days but im left for up to a week with no response. They're very quick to answer if they gain more money from it. Constant problems thar takes weeks to fix. Very unprofessional owner. I had several experienced individuals look at their configuration and all of them described it as "different and flaud" Even ended up taking me 3 months to cancel a contract with them. DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THEM their owner doesnt care for his clients. They have no backup systems if 1 router or server drops the whole system stops working.... WHAT ISP DOESNT HAVE BACKUPS IN PLACE.....my 12 year old son is smarter than that
