I ordered a fitbit online, but had to cancel the order because of the lead times. I was promised a full refund within 10 business days. No refund received after more than a month of waiting and weekly emails sent. The email response from Connected Devices is simply that the refund is sitting with management. I phoned their direct number, but the finance manager Tohriq Parker does not take phone calls, neither can the receptionist supply me with his direct number. Do not order from Connected Devices Sandton you will not receive your order nor a refund.
